Advocate Rebecca Meinen
Joining Meinen Law in 2025, Rebecca brings with her over a decade of experience providing direct special education services and participating on teams designing programming for children with special needs. Rebecca studied Early Childhood Special Education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She earned a Masters in Early Childhood Education from Portland State University as well as an Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Capstone Certificate from UW-Madison. The majority of her career has been in Early Intervention as a Special Education Teacher for children ages Birth to Three in both Philadelphia and Milwaukee counties.
Attorney Ally Seneczko
Attorney Ally Seneczko is a dedicated and passionate advocate for children’s rights, with over 10 years of experience in various advocacy roles and systems. Ally has been practicing special education law on behalf of K-12 students with disabilities and their families since graduating from law school in 2020. Ally’s work is focused on challenging discriminatory discipline and disrupting the pipeline to prison. Ally brings expertise, empathy, and collaboration to her zealous advocacy and representation of each and every client. When Ally isn’t working, she enjoys playing with her silly and sassy cat, Ben, and adventuring outdoors with her partner.
